Why this survey matters: Gilcrest is completing an updated Housing Needs Assessment (HNA). The draft identifies limited rental choices, rising housing costs, aging homes, displacement concerns in manufactured-home communities, infrastructure constraints, and a need for additional homes through 2035. Residents' experiences will help the Town confirm these findings and set practical priorities.

Por qué es importante esta encuesta: Gilcrest está actualizando su Evaluación de las Necesidades de Vivienda (HNA, por sus siglas en inglés). El borrador identifica pocas opciones de alquiler, costos de vivienda en aumento, viviendas envejecidas, inquietudes sobre el desplazamiento de residentes de comunidades de casas prefabricadas, limitaciones de infraestructura y la necesidad de más viviendas hasta 2035. Las experiencias de los residentes ayudarán al Municipio a confirmar estos hallazgos y establecer prioridades prácticas.
